Subscription Payments

Viralink offers subscription-based access to its premium features ("Pro" and "Business" plans). By subscribing, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).

Billing Cycle

The billing cycle begins on the date of your initial purchase. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel it before the renewal date.

Payment Methods

We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and payment via PayPal. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize Viralink to charge all subscription fees incurred through your account to any such payment instruments.

Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with our service, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase.

Refunds are not available for monthly renewals after the initial 14-day period has passed.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Upon cancellation, your access to premium features will continue until the end of your current billing period.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails (e.g. expired card, insufficient funds), we will attempt to charge your payment method again over the next few days. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free plan.

Changes to Fees

Viralink reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any subscription fee changes will become effective at the end of the then-current billing cycle. We will provide you with reasonable prior notice of any change in subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your subscription before such change becomes effective.
